Led by Elijah and Sarah, Rising Tide combines years of experience in leadership, coaching, early childhood development, and team development.

Elijah Landell
After over 15 years as a fitness professional and competitive softball player, Elijah transitioned into leadership coaching, bringing his expertise in team building and performance enhancement into the workplace. With a Master’s in Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity, he became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach in 2019 and launched Rising Tide Leadership Development soon after. Committed to growth, he continues to expand his expertise through various leadership and communication certifications.
Sarah Landell
Sarah has spent nearly 15 years working with children and families, primarily as a childcare center director. Her leadership in Early Childhood Education has fueled her passion for helping other leaders grow, especially women in the field. With a degree in Education and Human Sciences, she actively advocates for her community and recently became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach. After marrying Elijah in 2022, she joined Rising Tide in 2024, where they are committed to creating leaders who light the way.
