Experiential Learning
Each roundtable format allows students to take turns facilitating discussions. This hands-on approach fosters real-world leadership experience, helping participants gain confidence in their abilities.
Focused Lessons
Each session includes a short teaching segment on a specific value or leadership trait. Students then assess their practice of this characteristic and commit to one actionable step to improve their score for the week.
Long-Term Impact
The iLead program is structured over three years:
